The Ops Shop sells downloadable digital products, including spreadsheets, PDF guides, and related compliance tools. All products are delivered electronically.
After your payment is confirmed, you will receive a secure download link on the order confirmation page. Download links expire within one hour of generation. Save your files promptly. If you experience a technical problem preventing download, contact info@fleetregulators.com with your Stripe payment confirmation.
We do not ship physical goods.
To complete a purchase, you must provide accurate information, including your full name, company name, business email address, and USDOT number. This information is required for order identification, compliance with these terms, and internal record-keeping.
Your USDOT number is used for order identification only. We do not verify it with the FMCSA or any other government agency.
By submitting this information, you confirm that it is accurate and that you are authorized to purchase on behalf of the carrier or company identified.
All payments are processed by Stripe. Your payment card details are entered directly on Stripe's secure checkout page and are never stored on this website. Fleet Regulators does not have access to your full card number.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is not currently collected; you are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.

Any case studies or results described on this website represent past outcomes for specific clients and do not guarantee the same results for your operation.
Purchasing a product does not entitle you to ongoing updates, new versions, or ongoing technical support beyond the initial delivery of the product you purchased. If a major update is released, it may be offered separately.
