6. Google Analytics

We may use Brevo, a third-party email and marketing platform, to manage newsletter signups, deliver guides and checklists, send email communications, and send follow-up messages. If you receive marketing emails from us, you can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us at info@fleetregulators.com.
8. SMS and text messages
Fleet Regulators may send text messages to clients, drivers, or business contacts for service-related communication, scheduling, support, compliance follow-up, document requests, reminders, and other business purposes. Fleet Regulators currently uses Google Voice for certain phone and text communications.
If you receive marketing or non-essential text messages from Fleet Regulators, you may opt out by replying STOP or by contacting us at info@fleetregulators.com. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
9. Booking and third-party tools
When you book a call, we use Google Calendar's appointment scheduling to arrange the time. Information you enter into the scheduling tool is handled according to Google's own privacy terms. We also rely on third-party providers for website hosting and analytics. These providers process information only to help us operate the website.
10. Payments and billing
Fleet Regulators does not currently process payments directly through this website. Clients may be billed separately through third-party billing tools such as Stripe. Information submitted through those billing tools may be subject to the privacy and security practices of the applicable provider.
11. User accounts and login
If Fleet Regulators provides access to a client portal, account, dashboard, login, or other account-based system, we may process account-related information such as login credentials, access records, account activity, user role, company association, and information submitted through that system. If those systems are operated by third-party platforms, their own privacy practices may also apply.
12. Location information
Fleet Regulators does not collect precise GPS location through this website. Website analytics tools may collect approximate location information, such as city, region, or country, based on IP address or device and browser data.
In the course of providing compliance support, Fleet Regulators and its clients may use third-party fleet, ELD, telematics, safety, communication, or compliance platforms that process driver, vehicle, route, duty-status, or location-related information. Data processed through those platforms may also be governed by the privacy practices, terms, and settings of the applicable platform and the carrier using it.

We do not sell the personal information you submit through this website. We share information only in these limited situations:
